Khmer Sign Language (KSL)

Khmer sign language (KSL App) is an offline application for smartphone and tablet which is developed to offer the Cambodian sign language (CSL) resources for teachers, students, and parents of children who are deaf or hard-of-hearing, for supporting and advocating to use of CSL as a language for teaching and communicating with those who are deaf or hard-of-hearing in Cambodia.
KSL App provides interactive video, modules, teaching and learning tutorials, quiz and dictionary that contains words or pictures related to Cambodian sign language in both online and offline.
KSL App provides central standard Khmer sign language with following key functions:

- Fun and engaging Quiz
- Khmer Sign Language Video
- Vocabulary Category
- Collection of vocabulary bookmark
KSL developed through collaboration between Research Triangle Institute (RTI) and Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MoEYS) under leadership and technical support from Department of Information and Technology (DIT), Special Education Department (SED), and National Institute of Special Education (NISE).
